Group Workouts



Weight loss

Group workouts for weight loss are conducted in our club daily. The training session consists of a dozen exercises that burn fat in various parts of the body. We do not use heavy dumbbells and body bars therefore these exercises will suit any level of training.

Yoga and stretching

Yoga and stretching sessions are carried out in a separate room. It is always quiet there and you can concentrate completely on correct technique.

Dance workouts

Do you want to burn maximum calories for an hour? Then you will appreciate our daily zumba and oriental dance workouts. They are number one for those who lose weight and develop plasticity.
